  TAKA READY FOR PORTIMAO ROLLERCOASTER4 November 2021 | Algarve GP PreviewTakaaki Nakagami returns to Portimao this weekend determined to put on a show in the penultimate race of the 2021 MotoGP calendar. The LCR Honda IDEMITSU rider produced one of his best rides of the season at the Portuguese circuit back in April when he rode through the pain barrier to post a courageous top-10 finish.After a nasty fall in free practice, Taka was forced to sit out qualifying, but defied injury – and starting from the back of the grid – to claim 10th position in the race. Following a frustrating outing at Misano last time out, the Japanese star is keen to underline his potential this weekend and fight at the front of the field.Takaaki Nakagami“We have only two races to go this season, so I’ll give everything I’ve got.
